Any issues related to the transportation of your cargo should be directly discussed with the freight forwarder handling your shipment. Loadlast will not be accountable for any losses, damages, or delays that occur during the transportation process. You are required to carefully review and agree to the terms and conditions outlined by the freight forwarder before accepting any quotes or proceeding with the shipment. By utilizing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this limitation of liability.
Modification and Termination: We reserve the right to modify or terminate the quote request form and related services at any time without prior notice.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
